This is the biggest fountain in Tyumen. The figures of young girls symbolize Summer, Autumn, Spring and Winter. The fountain is located in Tzvetnoi Boulevard, which is a huge recreation area consisting of five squares (Sports Square, Circus Square, Fountain Square, as well as Arts Square and the Square for Enamoured).
